Depending on the time of year, there are various jobs available. This is a great summer job for teenagers looking to keep active, be outdoors, and learn the latest in organic farming practices.To work at the farm you must be at least 14 years old, smile a lot, and have a positive outlook. Benefits are plenty of exercise and conditioning, farm fresh veggies and fruits, and a guaranteed good night's sleep!! P.S. You will be working with some really neat people who like to work hard and laugh. ~ Farmers' Mark & Joannie  Adults - Check out our CSA Workshare ProgramsA Work Share entails an obligation of 45 or 80 hours of farm work during the season. These shares are extremely limited and selected at the discretion of the farmers. Farm work can include weeding, planting, harvesting, washing and bunching produce, etc. A work share is equivalent to a farm store voucher share for $400 (for 45 hours of work) or $740 (for 80 hours of work).
